2Rivers Kids FAQ
What ages do you serve in 2Rivers Kids?
We welcome children from 6 weeks through 5th grade. Every age group experiences a fun, age-appropriate environment where they’ll be cared for, engaged, and introduced to the love of Jesus in a way they can understand.
What does check-in look like?
When families arrive, they go to the Kids Check-In area. A team member helps them get registered and walks them to the child’s classroom. Parents receive a matching tag to use at pick-up, ensuring their child is safely released only to them.
Can I check in ahead of time?
Yes! Families can pre-register online before they arrive. This speeds up the check-in process and helps the team prepare for their visit.

What happens if my child needs me during the service?
If a child needs a parent, the team will contact them via text and if you do not respond, we'll discreetly try to find you in-service. We have a fantastic team that will also do their best to help, encourage, and listen well to your child and their needs.
Is my child safe?
Yes. All Kids volunteers are screened, background-checked, and trained. Volunteers never serve alone with children. We use a secure check-in system and follow strict safety procedures at pick-up.
What if my child has special needs?
If a child has specific needs, parents are encouraged to let the team know at check-in or in their pre-registration form. The team will work to provide a great experience tailored to that child.
What will my child do during service?
Kids will engage in a fun, interactive experience that includes games, worship, Bible stories, and hands-on activities. The goal is to help them build a strong faith foundation while having fun.
